Tractor Exhaust
Tractor exhaust fans are also known as Tractor exhaust fans. These units are mounted on the front end of a forklift and move exhaust gases from the engine to engine via a tube. This fan can either operate on or off, depending on the amount of airflow available. There are two types of exhaust fans, the pulsating fans and the rotating fans. The pulsating fan is more efficient at cooling down the engine and produces less noise; however, it is the most expensive and is only used when the amount of cooling is required.
Pulsating fans use an impeller with a rotor that is rotatable. A fan is rotated either clockwise or counter-clockwise, depending on the need of the situation. Rotary fans use a gear ration, with one shaft running parallel to the motor's axis and the other running parallel to the wheel. It is necessary to ensure that the outlet temperature is over 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It is possible to heat up a compact tractor in a matter of minutes, and the more expensive and advanced models have temperature control switches and thermostats to help automatically maintain an appropriate operating temperature.
Exhaust systems are usually characterised by varying speeds and pressures. The commonly used high pressure and high speed exhaust system are referred to as an open combustion exhaust system (OCE). Closed combustion exhaust systems produce very little exhaust gas and have a low fuel consumption rate. The characterised by a low pressure exhaust system is referred to as a closed loop exhaust system (CEL) and is often confused with a turbo charged system.
