The difference between a Tractor Hydraulic Pump and a Wheelie-Box is quite profound and yet seemingly subtle at the same time. It all comes down to the power of the motor in a particular type of pump. In the case of Wheelie-Boxes, that power is derived from an electric motor. However, in the case of a Tractor Hydraulic Pump, this power is derived from the transmission and the reevelization of an internal pressure in the hydraulic system.
When computer technology came about, it aided greatly in improving the performance of tractors. Computer-assisted hydraulic pumps are able to perform numerous commands and functions more quickly than ever before, while at the same time, being able to do many more tasks than before. All in all, hydraulic pumps are highly reliable and very powerful, which is one reason why they are still favored by most farmers today.
