Tractor Radiator

There are a number of reasons why you would want to use a tractor radiator. Most tractors come with a fan or blower that will force cool compressed air through the radiator. This is done by taking a compressor and blowing the cool air into the cabin through pipes or ducts that are connected to the engine. If you happen to have a blower that is attached to the tractor, then you have a more complicated system and you may need to modify your tractor to meet your needs.

Since the intake ports and the exhaust ports on a radial-fitted tractor are so close to the cab, it can be very noisy. However, the reason this can be a problem is because the noise is caused by the vibration of the air going through the radiator. This might not sound all that important at first, but when you are driving your tractor, the noise can be deafening. One way to reduce the noise is to install some baffle plates and ducting between the engine and the cabin. There are some expensive options, but they are also more effective at reducing noise.

A more economical option is to install a resonant copper mass on the front of the tractor radiator. By doing so, you can reduce the noise and the vibration in the air going through the radiator. Copper has long been used in refrigeration systems because it absorbs sound, heat, and other types of radiation. Although this is effective in a vacuum, it is useless as a source of compressed air. The resonant copper is extremely effective at reducing the noise and the vibrations in the compressed air, therefore reducing the volume of the compressed air.
